Civil Superintendent Terry Roberts Site Work, Inc Saint Cloud, FL 34769 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Superintendent to site work construction projects from clearing to final grading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all Earthworks aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and effective project management. Duties Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and manage construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow. Read and interpret blueprints, survey stakes and project plans to ensure accurate execution of work. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets; adjust schedules as necessary. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to safety standards (OSHA compliance). Prepare reports on project status for upper management and stakeholders. Manage project documentation for efficient communication and record keeping. Skills Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation. Proficient in reading grades, slopes and volumes. Proficient in reading Geo Reports and Boring details Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to construction safety Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented project management.
