Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in residential construction, including framing, siding, and general carpentry. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can manage crews, ensure safety and quality standards are upheld, and keep projects on schedule and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews on residential construction projects. Oversee installation of siding, framing, and other components. Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies. Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications. Order materials and coordinate deliveries. Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor job progress, manage punch lists, and ensure quality control. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently. Train and mentor team members and laborers.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in residential construction. Strong expertise in general construction techniques. 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Solid understanding of residential building codes and job site safety. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
