Palm Coast Area ? Full-time Are you a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in field supervision and painting services? We are seeking a Paint Field Supervisor to oversee job sites, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with teams to keep projects running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience in construction, painting, or related trades, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all field operations, coordinating with Area Managers and Scheduling Coordinators. Attend homebuilder and job-site meetings. Track and report job progress using the Jobber application . Manage job materials, ensuring proper ordering, usage, and storage. Conduct quality inspections from construction to project completion. Enforce OSHA and job site safety guidelines , ensuring the use of proper PPE. Schedule and oversee service personnel for tasks such as stained handrails, doors, and epoxy floor installations . Work directly with homeowners to inspect, approve, and ensure quality warranty work. Supervise siding installation, ensuring proper material management and final approvals. Maintain efficient time and route planning for job site visits.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in painting, construction, or a similar trade (supervisory experience preferred). ✅ Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work . ✅ Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on-site as needed. ✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
