Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Supervisor to support our project management team. This position plays a critical role in day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, and quality control oversight. Ideal candidates will have a background in construction, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Supervisor and Project Manager in daily site activities Monitor jobsite progress and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and schedules Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Document daily field reports, safety inspections, and photos Support logistics, deliveries, and material tracking Help enforce jobsite safety and compliance Communicate updates, issues, and delays proactively Participate in project meetings and punch list walkthroughs
Qualifications:
2+ years of construction field experience (commercial experience preferred) Familiarity with construction documents, schedules, and safety procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
