Assistant Superintendent – High-End Construction Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Job Description:

The Assistant Super or Field Engineer is responsible forassisting the field operations including establishing the safetyculture on the jobsite and working closely with the Project Managerto maintain the job schedule, cost and staff to achieve profitableoutcomes. You will be focused on luxury / high-end interiors ClientDetails Florida Developer / General Contractor focused on High-EndProjects. Description Support day-to-day on-site supervision offield labor force Maintain good relationships with internal andexternal clients assist in creating and maintain 3 week look aheadschedule assist with site logistics plan Conduct qualityinspections Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts assistwith monitoring costs, including labor time and material assistwith Managing schedules, including preparation of detailedshort-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on orahead of scheduled dates Prepare and submit Superintendent’s DailyReports / updates within Procore Attend and participate in projectmeetings, including subcontractor meetings Profile 2 -5 years ofconstruction experience in the field Ground Up and InteriorsConstruction Experience Preferred Ability to be a part of severalprojects at a time, located next to each other Experience withprojects ranging in size from $2M to $10M Procore or similarsoftware In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processesand practices Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonalskills
