Position Specific Description In the role of Renewable Site Manager, you will assume responsibility for all operational facets on the maintenance and repair of a renewable power plant facility. Your chief priority will be ensuring the team’s safety while concurrently focusing on maximizing performance and profitability per the operational framework. This will necessitate devising and executing strategies to elevate maintenance practices, diagnostic capabilities, and overall operational efficiency, resulting in heightened customer satisfaction and reduced service expenditures. The next Leadership Development Program cohort will begin on September 9, 2025. The candidate selection process will take place throughout July and August. Onboarding will be held at our Renewable Training Center in Iowa for 3 weeks. Once complete, candidates will return home to begin the Leadership Development Program

Recruiting, nurturing, retaining, guiding, and advancing resources at sites to uphold professional standards and foster team development within a matrix environment. Assuming accountability for all aspects of timely safety and environmental reporting, financial reporting, and turbine availability. Collaborating closely with internal NextEra stakeholders to devise and execute operation-focused feedback and solutions for both planned and unplanned maintenance, improvement projects, development initiatives, and financial performance. Serving as a positive and professional representative of NextEra Energy within the community and in interactions with customers. Overseeing the performance of wind field operations within the designated contractual scope of responsibilities for external customers and stakeholders. Climbing Wind Turbines (Candidate must have the ability to climb) Preferred Qualifications Fluent in English. Possesses either a Bachelor’s Degree in business/engineering or has 5 years of equivalent experience in a leadership role.
