Company Overview We’re partnering with a highly respected Heavy Civil General Contractor in Florida, seeking a driven Project Manager to join their team. This company is known for its excellence in Site Development, Underground Utilities, Earthworks, and Roadway/DOT projects, offering significant career growth and opportunities to lead impactful work in the civil construction industry. Role Overview As a Project Manager , you will play a key role in overseeing both ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring their successful execution. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining adherence to DOT regulations, and helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage civil construction projects, from inception to completion Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Ensure compliance with all relevant DOT regulations Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and overall coordination Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors Deliver quality results, ensuring safety and efficiency
Key Requirements Experience :
Minimum 10 years in civil construction and project management
Project Familiarity :
Experience with Site Development, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, or DOT projects
Team Player :
Strong ability to collaborate across teams and departments
Education :
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued
Estimating/Takeoff Expertise :
Bonus if you have experience in these areas
