Our firm provides design-build, value engineering services, general construction, construction management and pre-construction consulting throughout Florida. Full-time, Delray Beach, Florida Commercial General Contractor looking for experienced full-time project managers. Project locations vary. We primarily service the tri-county area: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

Responsible for multiple projects being completed on time, within budget and to contract. Monitor field supervision by directives, inspections, meetings and reviews. Make recommendations to management regarding proposed and existing projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preconstruction Planning and Scheduling Procurement Project Management Shop Drawing Review Design Deficiencies Change Orders Cost Control Process Invoices from the Subcontractor Invoice Client on a Monthly Basis Tracking Production Control Produce and Update Project Schedule to Client Quality Control Project Closeout Safety and Loss Prevention Inspection Payment, Negotiation and Claim Provide support for Field Superintendent as required Additional Duties Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project.
