Job Requirements:
Direct MEP supervision experience (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Experience with large commercial/industrial projects Minimum 100 tons+ per unit size HVAC experience Proven experience in field supervision, not just office-based Experience with heavy metal units and mechanical systems Strong knowledge of P&L, budgets, and financials Experience with permitting and managing subcontractors Ability to review and interpret designs/plans Strong computer abilities
Preferred Skills:
HVAC retrofit management experience Chill water system experience Mechanical HVAC experience, particularly in commercial settings Experience visiting and managing job sites
Job Responsibilities:
