Opportunity:

GrowNScale is hiring a skilled Commercial Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across a range of commercial electrical projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role focused on managing crews, driving production, and ensuring jobsite safety and quality.

Commercial Electrical Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site electrical work for commercial projects Coordinate crew scheduling, material handling, and inspections Enforce safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness Communicate effectively with project managers, GCs, and inspectors Track field productivity and project milestones Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen

Commercial Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial electrical field experience 2+ years in a foreman or superintendent role Strong knowledge of NEC and jobsite workflow Ability to lead crews and maintain momentum on the job Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
