Construction Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Construction Assistant Project Manager is $70,000 – $100,000. Assist in managing multiple Commercial, Hospitality, Education, Multi-Family, Healthcare and Government Project simultaneously with budgets of $150M+. Work directly Project Management team as well as sub-contractors and clients to ensure projects are moving in a positive direction Responsible for submittals, RFI’s, RFP’s, tracking change orders, and various other project documentation. Work directly with clients and owners. Maintain and monitor project budgets Construction Assistant Project Manager Qualifications 2-3+ years experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with 1-2 years experience with a General Contractor. Experience working with General Contractor. College degree – construction related a plus. Knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office a plus. This is primarily an onsite position – with occasional work in corporate office. Must enjoy a team atmosphere.
