Job Functions:
Scan, email, and mail paperwork Assist in maintaining and updating Tracker daily, or as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs and reports are complete Assist in establishing and maintaining power accounts for construction projects Coordinate payment of construction aide requests from utility companies Managers on projects Assist with various department special projects as requested
Education and Experience:
