Summary:
The Construction Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Construction Program Manager with utility setup, coordinating power, and tracking the logistics process.
Job Functions:
Scan, email, and mail paperwork
Assist in maintaining and updating Tracker daily, or as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs and reports are complete
Assist in establishing and maintaining power accounts for construction projects
Coordinate payment of construction aide requests from utility companies Managers on projects
Assist with various department special projects as requested
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum one year of experience in customer service
Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
Expert user of email and internet searches
