Randstad is recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator with experience supporting projects in South Florida for a client and General Contractor located in Jupiter, FL. This position requires full-cycle permitting experience and AIA billing knowledge. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package.
salary:
$55,000 – $72,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the permitting process with local and state agencies.
Prepare and submit permit applications, track status, and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities for permitting needs.
Organize and maintain project documentation (contracts, submittals, schedules, etc.).
Assist Project Managers with scheduling, communication, and cost control.
Track submittals, RFIs, and other project-related documentation.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Perform administrative tasks to support project success. Skills
