Construction Project Coordinator/Administrator Location:
West Palm Beach/South Florida area Opportunity to join $100Mil family-owned shell contractor in South Florida with over 25 years of experience specializing in luxury master planned communities, custom homes, and commercial projects from Broward to Fort Pierce. Company has long-standing builder relations and 10+ yrs of employee retention. Offering supportive culture built on integrity, exceeding quality standards, and proactive leadership. No drama or micro-management. Due to growth seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to assist with the preparation and distribution of plans, budgets, submittals, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage RFI’s & submittal process, assist with change orders, procurement of materials and equipment, insurance certificates, and timely processing of pay applications, invoices, and lien releases.
Required Experience:
2+ years experience in construction coordination or project support Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
PREFERRED
Experience collaborating with Developers, General Contractors, and Subcontractors Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings Strong knowledge of construction terminology and documentation and with document control and construction accounting processes Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment •
