Construction Project Manager JGP Development LLC 400 South Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members. Duties Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Oversee the preparation of construction estimates and budgets. Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Manage contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring all terms are adhered to. Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders to address any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and techniques. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Familiarity with Civil 3D software is preferred but not required. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Experience using construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
