The selected candidate will be working on-site with our Palm Beach County client and will be responsible for managing architects and engineers (AE) teams during design, procurement, and construction phases for a variety of projects, including MEP renovations, architectural renovations, new facilities, and parks projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage AE teams through all project phases Oversee procurement process for construction contractors Manage construction contractors through closeout Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Collaborate with AE, contractors, AECOM team, County Management, and User groups Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience managing AE teams Experience managing contractors in occupied buildings Experience with MEP renovations, architectural renovations, new facilities, and parks projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate with diverse teams Punctual and reliable Relevant degree preferred
