Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial construction projects primarily located in the West Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and contract specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Negotiate and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor agreements.
• Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Stable work history with a proven record of successful project completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in education, healthcare, and/or municipal projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must reside near or be willing to relocate to the West Palm Beach area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
