Construction Superintendent Private General Contractor Palm Beach, FL 33480 Job Summary Custom residential Palm Beach builder with home offices in Palm Beach and New York City seeks a seasoned Superintendent for all aspects of highly customized residential construction, who possesses knowledge including, but not limited to, code compliance, interior and exterior layout, structural and interior framing, concrete placement, trusses, roof assembly and waterproofing. Experience Applicant must have documented experience and advanced knowledge of: Major trades in order to oversee the coordination and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and low voltage trades Must be well versed in the on-site supervision of a wide range of complex interior finishes, including intricate millwork and stone finishes, all carpentry disciplines, elaborate hardware installation and sophisticated low voltage systems. Computer skills are required Applicant must be able to communicate proficiently verbally and electronically, including email Experience with Procore, AutoCad and Critical Path Scheduling is highly desirable. The following qualifications are advantageous but not essential: Professional certification as Engineer or Architect, Construction accounting background Criminal background check will be conducted, including DMV records and drug testing.
