Director of Preconstruction Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Client Details Weare seeking an experienced and strategic Director ofPreconstruction to lead our preconstruction department. Thisexecutive-level role is critical to our continued success andgrowth, playing a pivotal part in shaping projects before theybreak ground. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader withdeep expertise in both commercial and municipal constructionDescription Lead the preconstruction and estimating efforts acrossmultiple commercial sectors. Prepare detailed and accurate costestimates , budgets, and takeoffs using industry software. Analyzesubcontractor bids and develop scopes to ensure complete andcompetitive proposals. Collaborate closely with project managers,architects, and clients throughout the bidding process. Maintainrelationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure asmooth estimating workflow. Support business development andcontribute to strategy for securing repeat and new clients. Profile5 years of experience in estimating commercial constructionprojects. Demonstrated experience in Education (K-12 & Higher Ed) ,Federal projects and Retail/Fast Casual (e.g., Chick-fil-A,Starbucks) . Proficient in modern estimating software and tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strongleadership and ability to work independently as well as within acollaborative team. Strong local subcontractor network is a plus.
