Role:

We’re seeking a Service Lead —a proactive, energetic individual ready to lead and support a team of 6 horticulture technicians . This is a hybrid role , with time split between office coordination and hands-on field support . No horticulture experience? No problem. If you’re a quick learner, excellent communicator, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary office support for our 6-person field crew Route and coordinate daily schedules for horticulture technicians Fulfill and manage replacement requests from the field Step in to cover client routes as needed when team members are out Train new technicians on plant care techniques and customer expectations Develop and implement a structured training program , including monthly training sessions to ensure continued growth, consistency, and quality across the field team Perform quality control checks to uphold our premium service standards Use internal software to track hours, monitor productivity, and catch discrepancies Maintain constant communication with the field team to ensure seamless operations Assist with hiring and onboarding new technicians as needed

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma (minimum) Excellent teaching and leadership skills Strong customer service experience , ideally with high-end clients Quick learner with the ability to absorb and teach new concepts Independent, organized, and confident in problem-solving Plant experience is a bonus , but not required—we’ll train the right person A collaborative mindset—you’ll work closely with

Account, Sales, and Operations Managers Schedule:

20-40 hours/week based on the season and workload

Summer:

Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm ( office closed Fridays ) Winter (peak season): Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with higher demand Why Join Our Team?
