You must have a valid driver’s license, good people skills, some manual labor is required when picking up and dropping off materials to job sites, some roofing knowledge is helpful, willing to learn, bi-lingual is not required but is helpful. Duties Supervise daily operations, call in inspections, collect payments from homeowners. Collaborate with production manager to develop schedules and allocate resources effectively. Pick up material from suppliers and take to job sites. Speak to homeowners to update on reroof/repair Do pre job walks Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
