Overview:

Atlantic Refrigeration is searching for an Installation Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential and/or commercial installation projects, ensuring that all work is carried out on time, within budget, and to the required standard of quality. The Installation Coordinator responsibilities include coordinating installation teams, liaising with clients, sales and project managers, ensuring compliance with installation procedures, codes and safety standards and resolving any installation related issues.

What You’ll Do:

Develop, plan and implement installation projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Arrange for necessary equipment and materials needed for installations Monitor the progress of each project, ensuring all installations are carried out as per the schedule Train staff on installation procedures and best practices Inspect the quality of installations and issue corrective actions when necessary Coordinate with project manager and clients to understand their requirements and expectations Direct installation teams, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and regulations Inspect the quality of work done, ensuring it meets the company and client standards Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues Prepare and present reports on the status of each project to senior management

Product Registration What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as an Installation Coordinator or similar role in the HVAC industry Solid technical background with understanding of installation procedures Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and related software High School Diploma; Degree in Engineering or relevant field is a plus Superior analytical and active listening skills Positive, customer-focused mindset Should be familiar with the area to manage logistics of scheduling Working at
