Compensation & Benefits First-Year Expected Income:

~$60,000 (base salary)

Eligible to advance to Project Manager role with 3% commission on gross margin of projects Health Insurance 2 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) Access to a Company Vehicle (not take-home) Laptop & Cell Phone Stipend What You’ll Do As a Junior Project Manager , you’ll work directly under the guidance of our Senior Project Managers, supporting every phase of the restoration process while learning industry best practices.

Your responsibilities include:

Assist with managing fire, water, mold, and storm restoration projects Help coordinate daily schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractors Conduct site walkthroughs to track progress and support quality assurance Maintain clear communication with clients to provide regular updates Document project status, take job site photos, and assist with estimates and insurance paperwork Ensure on-site safety standards are followed Support job costing, time tracking, and project reporting Learn to use tools like Xactimate and project management software Respond to emergency calls or urgent requests as needed Keep job sites and company vehicles clean, organized, and professional What We’re Looking For A hard-working, motivated team player with a strong desire to learn and grow Some experience or education in construction, restoration, or project coordination is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and an eagerness to improve Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage shifting priorities Physical Requirements Ability to lift 5-50 lbs. regularly Walk, stand, or drive for extended periods Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including in hot or inclement weather Perform tasks involving repetitive motion Start Strong.
