Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction operations during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will ensure projects stay on schedule, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all night shift construction activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor progress and report updates to senior management. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the shift.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes. Computer Literate, Microsoft Office knowledge Must be able to lift 50lbs Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation (pick-up truck preferred) Drug-free and must be able to pass a background check Must be accountable and conduct business with integrity Must have positive attitude and take pride in their work Availability to work night shift.
