Salary:

$70,000 – $85,000/year +

Benefits Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee daily operations across multiple commercial construction sites in South Florida. This field-based leadership role requires hands-on coordination, clear communication, and the ability to manage and support plumbing crews across 4-10 active job sites. The ideal candidate will ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise plumbing crews across multiple commercial job sites. Provide daily reports on job site activity, progress, and workforce requirements. Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling, labor, materials, and change orders. Work closely with General Contractors to meet project milestones. Order materials, manage deliveries, and maintain project schedules. Travel between multiple active sites, including major projects in Dadeland and Davie. Utilize iPads and construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) to document and report site activity. Support the development and improvement of internal field operations processes.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing at the Superintendent or Foreman level. Proven ability to lead multiple crews across diverse job sites. Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and coordination with GCs. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in digital reporting tools and construction management software. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Must be able to travel regularly between job sites (residency in Miami acceptable).
