Preconstruction Manager- Multifamily Construction Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

A Top 10 National Multifamily Developer/Builder is seeking a Preconstruction Manager / Estimator for its Southeast Division in sunny South Florida . This is a great opportunity for someone early in their construction career ( 3-7 years of experience ) who’s ready to grow with a top-tier company. You’ll work closely with development, design, and construction teams on multifamily projects ranging from garden-style to high-rise. This hands-on role offers excellent learning opportunities-and bonuses paid at the close of every project you support , making the role even more financially rewarding. What we’re looking for: 3-7 years estimating or estimating/PM experience for multifamily projects Experience working for a multifamily developer/builder or GC is required Proficiency in takeoff and pricing software Construction-related 4-year degree (required)

Compensation:
