Project Manager – Construction Forest Corps Jupiter, FL 33469 We are seeking an experienced Part time Project Manager to oversee house flip remodeling projects. The candidate will manage renovations to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results to maximize property value. Key Responsibilities Plan projects, including timelines, budgets, and scope of work. Manage contractors and vendors Track expenses and negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency. Monitor progress, enforce schedules, and address delays. Conduct quality inspections to align with market trends and buyer preferences. Provide updates to stakeholders and prepare project reports. Mitigate risks and ensure site safety. Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in residential remodeling or house flipping. Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction processes and building codes. Valid driver’s license and flexibility for site visits.
