Project Manager – Construction- Heavy/ Civil Roadway Keystaff, Inc. Lake Worth, FL 33465 KeyStaff is hiring an experienced highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join out clients team. The ideal candidate will work close to the Operation Manager, other staff office and clients to ensure the projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This position is located in Lake Worth FL.

Important:

The ideal Candidate needs to have Heavy Civil/Roadway experience The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Primary Responsibilities MOT plan design Create and maintain schedule Work closely with General Superintendent and Project Supervisors Site visits to monitor the progress of construction Progress meetings with Client Review of monthly pay application quantities to be billed to Client Approval of subcontractor pay application quantities Monitoring budget Change Orders Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years work experience in Heavy Civil, Road Construction or related field is required. Must be familiar will the procurement of road construction services, RFI’s, AIA pay applications, change orders, schedules, etc. Expertise in reading plans Experience with project management software (e.g. Primavera or Microsoft Project) Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to following in place systems Experience in developing MOT plans preferred but not required KeyStaff is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free work place.
