We are a fast-growing company with a very niche product in the storm protection industry for residential and commercial properties. Our mission is to safeguard properties with high-performance products while delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction / Project Manager to join our team and lead field operations from project planning to final installation.

Job Summary:

The Construction / Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of installations including site assessments, field measurements, project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and customer communication. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational and leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety. Projects throughout Florida and travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to perform accurate field measurements and assess project requirements Coordinate and manage installation crews and subcontractors on multiple job sites Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget Communicate directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Review drawings and specifications to ensure installations meet design and safety standards Order and track materials, tools, and equipment required for each job Solve on-site issues and provide practical solutions as challenges arise

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in residential/commercial exterior work. Storm protection products a huge + Strong knowledge of field measurement practices and installation methods Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license is a must
