A West Palm Beach-based general contractor is seeking a ProjectManager with strong experience delivering K-12 renovation projects.
This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful educationalfacility projects while working with a stable, community-focusedconstruction firm. Client Details This well-established generalcontractor has been operating in the South Florida constructionmarket for over a decade, with a strong portfolio of K-12renovations and public sector work. Known for their commitment toquality, safety, and client satisfaction, they have long-standingrelationships with local school districts and take pride indelivering on-time, in-budget results. Description Oversee the fullproject lifecycle for K-12 renovation projects from preconstructionthrough closeout. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors,and clients to maintain scheduling and budget expectations. Reviewand manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, changeorders, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with all safetyprotocols and school board regulations. Communicate effectivelywith all stakeholders, including school officials and internalteams. Lead progress meetings and provide regular updates toownership and clients. Profile 5 years of experience as a ProjectManager in commercial construction, preferably with a focus on K-12or institutional renovation work. Proven ability to manage multiplesubcontractors, schedules, and budgets concurrently. Strongorganizational and communication skills. Proficiency withconstruction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).A degree in Construction Management or a related field ispreferred, but not required. Must be local to West Palm Beach orwilling to commute regularly to job sites in the surrounding area.
Job Offer Competitive base salary in the range of $110,000-$140,000depending on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities.
