Description Oversee project execution Coordinateteams (subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers) Ensurecompliance with building codes, safety regulations, andinstitutional requirements Manage budgets, schedules, and resourceallocation Monitor construction quality and conduct inspectionsProfile The ideal candidate has extensive experience overseeinginstitutional construction projects, from pre-construction to finalinspection. They have a proven track record of managing multiplephases, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects meetdeadlines and budgets A deep understanding of building codes andregulations specific to institutional environments is crucial.
