We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing all aspects of site development and civil construction management. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Oversee site development processes, including grading, paving, and excavation.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Manage resources and personnel effectively to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
Facilitate communication between project teams and clients to address any issues or changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of site development, dirtwork, and utilities.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
