Due to our continued growth, we have recently been awarded an exciting new project in Palm Beach Gardens with a nationally ranked top-five residential developer. This opportunity marks a significant milestone as we explore expansion into the Palm Beach market. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendent to lead the day-to-day operations of a new clubhouse project in Palm Beach Gardens. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about construction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with a dynamic company. The right candidate will not only oversee this key project but may also have the opportunity to take on a larger leadership role as Chelle Construction expands its footprint in the Palm Beach region. This could evolve into a Palm Beach Area Manager position, responsible for managing multiple projects and leading a team of superintendents. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities for the clubhouse project from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies. Work closely with project managers, developers, and inspectors to maintain communication and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Support the development of Chelle Construction’s presence in the Palm Beach area. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction; experience with amenity or clubhouse projects is strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage field operations and coordinate multiple trades. Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Willingness to travel within the Palm Beach and surrounding areas as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with top-tier residential developers.
