The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage teams and timelines while ensuring adherence to safety standards and high quality expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations. Manage project documentation including schematics, contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
