This leadership role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget—while maintaining the highest standards of quality and team performance. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings deep knowledge of construction processes, field supervision, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities. Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, materials, and equipment. Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and schedule expectations. Serve as the primary liaison between field teams and project managers. Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily reports. Solve problems on the fly to minimize delays and optimize efficiency. Uphold job site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00 – 4:30pm Hours will fluctuate based on job needs, and some weekends may be required 40+ hours per week All employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
