$170,000 + Bens Allegiance Construction is urgently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL . Specializing in high-end luxury residential and coastal construction, Allegiance is recognized for delivering some of the most architecturally distinctive custom homes from Palm Beach to Stuart . With several flagship projects set to break ground in Q2 2025 , we are looking for a skilled professional to take immediate ownership of daily site operations, ensuring excellence across every phase of these complex, design-focused builds. We’re looking for a hands-on construction leader who brings precision, organization, and an eye for detail to every jobsite. You’ll be the key field representative overseeing all on-site activities from ground-up construction and structural work through to high-end finishes, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Working in close coordination with Project Managers, architects, designers, engineers, and demanding clients, you’ll help bring luxury custom builds to life on time and within scope.

Superintendent requirements:

5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end residential or boutique commercial projects, preferably coastal or waterfront builds in Florida Deep knowledge of luxury construction techniques, high-end finishes, and sequencing Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and finish schedules Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management platforms Proven leadership in coordinating subcontractors, site crews, and inspectors Sharp organizational and scheduling skills; ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously Thorough understanding of Florida building codes, permitting, and environmental regulations OSHA 30 certification required; degree in Construction Management or related field preferred This role demands an expert in Florida construction practices, jobsite logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination especially in coastal environments. You’ll be responsible for driving daily progress, upholding safety and quality standards, managing inspections and permitting, and ensuring seamless communication across all project stakeholders.
