The Superintendent will oversee and manage commercial construction projects from ground-up through completion, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role focuses on commercial, healthcare, and hospitality projects, including tenant improvements and high-rise developments, while collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project deadlines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera and manage resources effectively.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Review and approve contractor invoices and ensure project budgets are adhered to.
Assist in resolving any onsite conflicts or issues that may arise during construction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction projects.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes.
Experience with high-rise and hospitality construction projects preferred.
Familiarity with tenant improvements and managing MEP subcontractors.
Proficient in project management software such as Primavera and Bluebeam.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
