Drive the success of K-12 construction projects from the groundup with a leading Florida-based general contractor. Their project portfolioincludes new school campuses, classroom additions, gymnasiums, andcampus renovations throughout Palm Beach and neighboring counties.

Description Manage and oversee daily field operations on K-12construction sites. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, andinspectors to ensure schedule and quality standards are met.

Enforce site safety and compliance with OSHA and company protocols.

Lead job site meetings, progress tracking, and communication withproject managers and stakeholders. Maintain detailed projectdocumentation, including reports, logs, and change orders. Ensureproject milestones and deadlines are achieved on time and withinbudget. Profile 5 years of experience as a Superintendent onground-up or large renovation K-12 or institutional constructionprojects. Proven track record managing multiple trades andsubcontractors in a fast-paced, occupied or active schoolenvironment. Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols andrelevant Florida building codes. Excellent communication andorganizational skills. OSHA 30 certification required;DMS/Owner-Direct project experience is a plus. Ability to lead withauthority while maintaining a collaborative and respectful worksite culture.
