Job Description:

The Superintendent is responsible for the overall delivery ofLuxury Estate Home projects that are at least $20M in valueincluding; overall site safety, scheduling and management ofsubcontractors and ensuring perfection on projects. Client DetailsOur client is a reputable General Contractor that builds UltraLuxury Homes that are $20M and above. Description Direct day-to-dayon-site supervision of field labor force Maintain goodrelationships with internal and external clients Develop andmaintain site logistics plan Deliver the perfect home to clientswith only the best finishes Conduct quality inspections Monitorcosts, including labor time and material Manage schedules,including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuringall activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates Prepareand submit Daily Reports Attend and participate in projectmeetings, including subcontractor meetings Profile 10 years ofHigh-End Construction Experience Ultra Luxury Estate HomeConstruction – $20M – $40M Strong experience with

ProjectManagement Software:
