Superintendent- Multifamily Construction Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent tooversee multifamily construction projects in the Jupiter, FL area.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong track recordin managing field operations from groundbreaking through completionon large-scale residential developments. Client Details Our clientis a reputable and growing general contractor that specializes inground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments across SouthFlorida. With a strong portfolio of successful projects and repeatclients, they prioritize quality construction, safety, and teamcollaboration. Description Oversee daily onsite constructionactivities and ensure compliance with project plans, safetyprotocols, and timelines. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, andfield personnel to maintain consistent workflow. Conduct daily andweekly meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and updatestakeholders. Enforce site safety and cleanliness in accordancewith OSHA and company policies. Work closely with the ProjectManager to manage schedules, inspections, and projectdocumentation. Profile 7 years of experience as a Superintendentwith a focus on ground-up multifamily projects. Proven ability tomanage vertical construction on developments ranging fromgarden-style to mid-rise apartments. Strong leadership andcommunication skills to lead teams and coordinate with ownershipand design teams. Proficient with construction management softwaresuch as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar. Committed to deliveringhigh-quality work while maintaining a safe and productive siteenvironment. Job Offer Competitive base salary in the range of$100,000 – $120,000. Performance-based bonuses and truck allowance.
