Window/Door Field supervisor Roofing and Construction Lake Worth, FL 33461 Job Description and Responsibilities To inspect and oversee production and quality control of all window and door projects. Job Requirements Final Inspections Installation of covers, final touch up, ensure final punch out completed Ensure a high level of cleanliness during installation process Establish a good rapport with customers during the installation/inspection process Have a high attention to detail Ability to read, understand NOA paperwork in order to ensure proper installation of windows per building code Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to Assist with implementation/interpretation of safety program Monitor material on jobs daily Monitor quality through field inspections/customer feedback. Oversee that in progress and final inspections are called in and pass Ensure all crews have equipment necessary to complete jobs Enforce company policies and standards During daily job site visits conduct safety check.
