Do you consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations? Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced commercial Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. Below are some of those expectations. Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and cleanliness during the project. Communicate with all project subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality of work. Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously as demand requires. Work in partnership with a Project Manager to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project. Exceed client expectations for each project by understanding client needs, wants, preferences and culture. Understand and follow defined BCI policy and procedure for change orders. Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project and document them per defined process. Promote positive subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors and instilling this level of quality expectation in the project team. Maintain and review punch list process to ensure all items are addressed and completed in a timely manner. Actively participate in all company weekly meetings, training and development initiatives. Uphold Bradford Cummings Inc. policies and standards. Qualifications Previous experience supervising field operations in commercial construction and renovation. A verifiable clean background. Ability and willingness to cover evening and weekend shift based upon project demands. Project experience should include renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments. Health care experience including inpatient hospital or AHCA experience is a plus. Knowledge and experience in the setup and maintenance of ICRA. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and the ability to pay close attention to the crucial details of fast track, short schedule construction projects. Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations including OSHA training. Documented, prior OSHA training is a plus. Experience in managing and working with people of all levels of authority. Experience in computer and mobile computer technology. Procore Construction Management software experience is a plus. The successful candidate must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Benefits
