Are you a results driven sales leader with experience in the construction industry? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Construction Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build client relationships and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector. Secure structural drying opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and property owners. Effectively present and promote services to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, estimates, and contracts. Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Upon completion of contract, close permits, get signed Certificate of Satisfaction and Completion, collect drying logs and all documents related to the service rendered and collect all monies owed. Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management within the construction industry. Experience with Xactimate estimating software, preferred. Experience in water restoration, preferred IICRC Certifications in water, fire and mold restoration, preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, organization, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to build client trust. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
