You’ll lead multiple projects from mobilization to completion—managing crews, vendors, scheduling, and job costs to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Do:
Manage multiple install projects simultaneously Coordinate crews, subs, materials, and jobsite logistics Track hours, budgets, materials, and job profitability Lead onsite walkthroughs and progress meetings Support crew leaders, enforce safety, and drive results Work closely with designers, account managers, and field supervisors
What You Bring:
3-5+ years of landscape construction or field project management Knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and site planning Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills Familiarity with Aspire or similar job-costing software (a plus) Valid FL driver’s license and clean record
