Plumbing Project Manager 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Clearwater, FL 33762 Plumbing Project Manager – Tampa, FL BlueWorks, a Crete United Company, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing Tampa, FL team. If you’re passionate about commercial plumbing and excel at leading projects from start to finish, this is your opportunity to join a fast-growing team backed by national strength and local expertise.
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and labor coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and internal field teams Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and job cost reports Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and address issues proactively Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, and field operations teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience At least 2 years in a project management or supervisory role Proficient in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or equivalent construction software Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$90,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $10,000
