We’re growing our footprint in Brandon, Florida area, and we’re looking for an Experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead complex reconstruction projects from start to finish. What You’ll Do:
Command the Project. Elevate the Standard Lead end-to-end restoration efforts for complex reconstruction projects caused by fire, water, storms, and mold—including multifamily, residential, and commercial buildings. Own the budget. Develop scopes, work with our estimating team, and project budgets using Xactimate and other tools—keeping a sharp eye on cost control and profitability. Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, adjusters, and subcontractors to drive seamless project communication and execution. Drive execution on the ground. Oversee on-site teams, vendors, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Keep the pulse. Maintain detailed schedules, documentation, reports, and billing—making sure no detail is missed. Inspect, correct, perfect. Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code and safety compliance throughout. Own the outcome. Deliver not just rebuilt structures—but peace of mind, satisfaction, and confidence to every client we serve.
What You Bring:
Leadership, Grit, and Expertise 5+ years managing restoration or disaster recovery projects, ideally involving multifamily or commercial buildings. Deep knowledge of fire, water, storm, and mold restoration practices and protocols. Knowledge Xactimate and other industry-standard project management tools. Powerful communication and team leadership skills—you motivate, coordinate, and execute. Ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects with grace and precision.
