Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our custom home building team. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

W Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site supervision, coordination, and quality control for all phases of residential construction projects.

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Maintain a daily log of activities and monitor job site cleanliness and organization.

Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Conduct customer walk-throughs and manage punch-out and warranty processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in custom home building or high-end residential construction.

Carpentry experience or willingness to be a hands-on Superintendent.
