Roofing Production Manager SB Pro Roofing 6358 49th Street North, Pinellas Park, FL 33781 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction disciplines and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires effective coordination of resources, personnel, and timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Manage all aspects of production on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Oversee the full production cycle of roofing projects, from job planning, permitting, to final inspection. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety protocols. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met while managing any potential delays effectively. Maintain clear communication with homeowners and internal departments, perform quality control checks and ensure all work meets company and code standards Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages skill development and efficiency. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the roofing process, implementing solutions promptly to minimize disruptions. Experience Proven experience in a production management role within the roofing industry is essential. Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, coatings, etc.) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations is required. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills is essential for success in this role.
