Senior Construction Project Manager Razorback LLC Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 Razorback LLC is a certified General Contractor completing government projects under contract with a specific focus on water infrastructure, including but not limited to: water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump and lift stations, pipelines, storage tanks and towers. We are looking for motivated/experienced individuals that can independently and efficiently manage industrial construction projects. Requirements:
Experience Managing projects in excess of $3 million. We need to be able to hand you projects and have you run seamlessly without handholding. Experience with government contracts (Preferred). Industrial construction experience Associate’s degree in building construction, construction management, or equivalent practical experience
Project Management:
5 years experience (preferred) Capable to work independently and make decisions on your own Organized and efficient to successfully manage projects on time and within budget Full Job Description Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects from inception to completion Understand all projects in-depth. Order materials/equipment, educate and coordinate production, communicate with owners and initiate and complete client invoicing with complex payment applications Prepare and submit accurate submittals Read and understand plans and specs Work in conjunction with Field Superintendents to coordinate and direct Field Crews Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Follow and manage budgets Prepare schedules Ensure contractual conditions of performance are met and time deadlines are not missed Will oversee projects from start to finish
